Hi Rohan, did you know that potatoes are originally from Peru, but funnily enough they are better suited to the soils of Ireland and Russia. I heard all of their vitamins are in the skin of the potato. They are my favourite vegetable, I usually season mine with a pinch of sodium chloride (NaCl-salt).
